If you’re looking for a whirlwind tropical luxe weekend vacation, then fly yourself to the Bahamas and check into the gorgeous Grand Hyatt Baha Mar Luxury Resort and Casino where the views are insane with every corner you turn, and the people are high on happiness.
This is the second time we visited the Bahamas and this time around we were lucky to be able to spend three nights in this 5 star luxury resort with 6 spectacular heated pools, an 18-hole signature golf course and their crown jewel of a restaurant, Shuang Ba. It’s impossible not to fall in love with a property that is designed for the most beautiful moments. And there were plenty of beautiful moments from sunset walks on the beach to grotto frolicking with the sharks and turtles, to overlooking amazing top down views while enjoying breakfast from our stunning modern suite. Our stay at The Grand Hyatt Baha Mar was utter perfection.
We stepped out of our car and came across the most amazing waterfall entrance.
Breakfast in our Deluxe King with an Ocean View.
This is taking open concept to a new level. Bathtub/washroom goals, am I right?
Ocean view rooms are the only way to go when you stay here!
Our first bite to eat on the property was at the Drift Restaurant where we tried their fish burger and fries. Nomz!
This heated pool overlooks another pool and the beach. One of my favorites to chill in.
This photo gives me tropical fever! This shot is from the same pool, taken from the opposite side.
The property is surrounded by colorful fun buildings, it almost feels like you’re in candy land!
We dined at Stix, a pan-Asian noodle bar on our first night. This was my second favorite restaurant on the property. The shrimp spring roles are uh-mazing.
Swimming in the grotto was my all time favorite. I could sit and stair at the sharks and turtles while looking at this gorgeous view through the waterfall.
The white structures by the pool are special waterfall cabanas, amazing for those extremely hot days.
These adorable little houses are sprawled all over the property. Above is a towel station, but the washrooms look just like this and I love how private and spacious they are!
Apparently the sunrise from the pier is seriously epic. We couldn’t get up for it, so we just decided to take a nice leisurely walk.
Long walks on the beach at sunset with your significant other is the perfect activity before dinner.
If you’re looking for a destination wedding or want to celebrate a special event, the Grand Hyatt has you covered. This was our beautiful dinner on the beach.
While you’re in the Bahamas, take a day excursion to Sandy Toes Rose Island chill on a hammock, swim in the insanely blue waters and meet the piggies!
When the food trucks around the property as just as aesthetically pleasing.
If there is one place you need to try, it should be Shuang Ba. It’s their crown jewel and one of the most amazing Chinese fine dining restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. Take it from this Chinese gal, I kid you not.
Thank you Grand Hyatt Baha Mar for the most amazing and dreamy experience in the Bahamas. We can’t wait to return!
I will be sharing my tropical travel outfits on my Youtube which was shot on the property. Make sure to subsribe to my channel to keep in the loop!
Hope this gave you some inspiration on your next tropical travel destination. Thanks for stopping by and see you on the next post!
